- You must respond to all customers in a professional manner.
- Hilucy team will periodically check to make sure your responses meet requirements.
- Any major violation, use of profanity or harassment,will result in permanent removal from HiLucy website.
Schedule Adherence
- You must be available during the hours you confirm your availability
- If you fail to be available 3 times you will be suspended from receiving HiLucy leads for one week
- Failure at being available 1 time again will result in permanent removal from the website
